Messin' With Sasquatch Commercials

Okay, think fast. What is the name of the product that is being sold in the funny Messin' With Sasquacth TV commercials?

Hmmm, it is a beef jerky company I think. Good, you are getting warmer.

I also remember something about feed your wild side. Clever. I like it.

But... you can't remember the product name can you. I never can either. The answer is it is Jack Link's Jerky.

I love the series of commercials but the problem is you remember the great phrase Messin' With Sasquatch but you cannot remember the product name. So, although it is a great commercial for entertainment value, it is a bad commercial for product name recognition. They do show the package a couple of times but your attention is so much on Sasquatch that you really do not focus on it.

For these commercials to be more effective for product name recognition so shoppers specifically look for it in stores, the commercials need to focus on the product name far more.

They should also update the packaging. People remember the feed your wild side slogan and of course Sasquatch. However, the packaging does not contain the slogan or any mention of Sasquatch. I would add the slogan and a picture of Sasquatch to the packaging so it is instantly recognized in stores.
