An experience in great customer service at a Credit Union
Today I had a great experience at the credit union I use, Pioneer Credit Union in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
This afternoon (a Friday afternoon no less) I needed several financial documents prepared right away. So, I walked into my credit union and asked if they could help me and prepare the documents for me. Immediately, two tellers literally dropped everything they were doing and went to work to prepare my documents. This type of outstanding customer service is so rare today. Up to this point I was not very impressed with this credit union. But today they made me want to keep banking with them and tell others to bank there.
The moral of this story is when you go above and beyond to help your customers, your customers WILL remember you, they will keep doing business with you, and they will send referrals your way. Take care of your customers first and then they will reciprocate and take care of you. Think about it.
